An Ultra - Clean Modern Treatment Facility!
FACILITY
We are proud of our modern ultra clean facility where we offer the highest quality dental care possible. Our top priorities are providing excellent dental care and protecting the well-being of our valued patients. We promise that an ultra clean environment and sterile instruments will be waiting for you each time you visit our office. Instruments are sealed in individual packets and sterilized in a hospital grade sterilizer. We do not open the packets until you are seated in the dental chair, ready to begin treatment. Disposable dental items are used where appropriate and we prepare treatment trays that are specific for your procedure. Each room is properly prepared by disinfecting every surface with hospital grade disinfectants that are allowed to penetrate for the required length of time, allowed to take effect and then thoroughly dried. Everything is clean, fresh, sterile and waiting for you when you present for treatment in our office. YOU HAVE OUR WORD ON IT. For this reason, our office meets and exceeds state, local and CDC (Center for Disease Control) infection control standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome and treat all patients as if they were family.
APPOINTMENTS
Dr. Smith only schedules one patient at a time in order to give you his complete attention. Unless an emergency occurs, you can expect us to be on time and we appreciate your being prompt as well. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, we appreciate 24 hours notice. You can schedule an appointment by calling 941-966-5669. Dali will be happy to help find a convenient appointment time for you. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m.
During your initial visit, we will carefully listen to your dental concerns and try to answer your questions thoroughly. You can expect a comprehensive oral examination including necessary x-rays, an oral cancer screening, periodontal examination, and TMJ evaluation. If you have any dental needs, we will discuss possible treatment options and, if necessary, we will appoint you for a no charge treatment plan presentation at a later time.
FINANCIAL
Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information with you. We will be happy to file for possible coverage of services with benefits being issued to you. We go the extra mile to help you recover the most from your benefits.
We are sensitive to our patients' financial concerns and will do everything we can to help make the treatment you need possible. Short term in office and longer term 3rd party financial arrangements are available.
